About the Event
Throughout 2021 the City of Winchester has been working with RKG Associates on a comprehensive review of the current state of housing, an analysis of historical trends, and a 5 year projection on supply/demand within the city. Development Services Director, Shawn Hershberger will provide a brief presentation on the results of this study and the implications it has on current and future residents in Winchester.
